The author Jacob Thornburg hired me to do a book cover for him. He wanted something emblematic of a busniess logo that would represent his characters being apart of an intergalactic bounty hunter company called O'Ryan Inc. The idea was to use the imagery of the constellation and ancient Greek figure Orion.
Here are the first two concepts digitally illustrated in Adobe Illustrator.
Here is the final digital illustration for the front cover, edited in Photoshop text and layout design in InDesign.
